2. Data We Collect We only collect and process personal data when you use our service (e.g. free trial or subscription). This includes:
- Name and email address
- Technical data (IP address during setup)
3. Payment Processing with Stripe All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, one of the world’s largest and most trusted payment companies. We have no access to your payment data (credit card details, bank information, etc.). Stripe handles all sensitive payment information in a highly secure and GDPR-compliant way. We only receive confirmation that the payment was successful.
4. Security of Our VPN Service Our solution uses WireGuard VPN — one of the most secure and modern VPN protocols available.
All data is end-to-end encrypted. Neither we nor any third party can see or decrypt the traffic. Your family’s entire internet connection runs through a secure encrypted tunnel to our Virtual Router.
How the connection works: Your devices (phone, laptop, tablet) connect via WireGuard VPN to the Talos Virtual Router. This router filters unwanted content (TikTok, games, etc.) at the DNS level.
Important security rule: Our firewall blocks direct traffic between devices (no Peer-to-Peer). All connections go only through the central protected router. This prevents bypasses and increases overall security.
5. Configuration Files (One-Time Download Links) WireGuard configuration files are provided via single-use, one-time download links. After the file is downloaded, it is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. No configuration files are stored.
6. No Logging of Content We do not log visited websites, content, or search queries. We cannot decrypt any traffic.
7. Purpose of Data Processing
- Providing and operating the VPN and Parental Control service
- Technical setup and customer support
- Processing trials and subscriptions
8. Data Sharing We only share data with necessary service providers (e.g. hosting provider and Stripe). These providers are contractually bound to strict data protection standards.
9. Data Retention We only store personal data as long as it is necessary for operating the service or to comply with legal obligations.
