Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email within approximately 2–3 minutes containing a one-time download link for your personal ZIP file.
The download link can only be used once. Therefore, please do not download the file until you are sure you can save it securely on your device.
If the download does not work or the link is already marked as used, please contact our support team at support@talosfamily.de. In this case, we can provide you with new login credentials or a new configuration file. A link that has already been used may indicate that it was accessed by someone else.
Safety Notice
The ZIP file contains your personal VPN configuration and must therefore be treated as confidential and kept secure.
Please do not share the ZIP file, the download link, or the configuration data it contains with anyone else. Do not publish or share this information online.
Anyone who gains access to this configuration data may, under certain circumstances, use it to access the associated services.
Using it with the WireGuard app
The WireGuard app can import the provided ZIP file directly.
This means you don't need to unzip or extract the ZIP file. Simply select the ZIP file you received in the WireGuard app and import it directly. The included VPN configuration will be applied automatically.
Once the import is complete, you can activate the connection and access the services we provide.
Use with VPN Routers
In addition, the ZIP file contains a TXT file with the VPN configuration data.
This file is specifically intended for VPN routers or other WireGuard-compatible devices where the configuration data must be entered manually or imported separately.
Depending on your router model, you can either use the data from the TXT file directly or manually enter the values it contains into your router's WireGuard or VPN configuration.

Software and Updates
We do not provide our own VPN software or app. Therefore, no software updates are required on our end.
You are responsible for regularly updating the WireGuard app, WireGuard software, and the firmware of your compatible router to ensure they are up to date.
